Tired of choosing between protection and flight? With Armored Elytra, you no longer have to. This datapack allows you to merge any chestplate with an elytra to create a reinforced, fully functional version that keeps the defense value of the armor you used.

How It Works

Obtain an elytra and any chestplate (Leather, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Netherite, modded if compatible).

Drop both items on top of an anvil.

The chestplate will disappear and its protection will be added to the elytra.
