Archers Expansion - Balacing Datapack for Prominence II

This Datapack was made to balance out the three Spellbooks of Deadeye, Tundra and War Archer from Archers Expansion for Prominence II

There isnt much to say, this is a Datapack made for Prominence II to balance out all archers to some extent
