Makes the AE2 Inscriber available again when using applied kinetics

Its a really simple datapack. Basically I was using Applied Kinetics in a modpack and discovered that addons such as Applied Flux require the Inscriber. I also found there was not a specific Datapack to fix this in 1.20.1.
So I did!

You're welcome AE2 community. ;)
Now all your AE2 addons can work together in harmony!
