Changes

• Added crafting recipe for Bone Meal from Kelp (like seaweed fertiliser).
• Added a smelting recipe for Glass Block from Sugar.
• Changed the recipe for Nether Bricks  to give 4 blocks instead of 1.
• Increased the amount of Leather that Cows drop.
• Reduced the amount of Bones from the crafting recipes for Bones from raw meat for the meat of larger animals.

Bugs Fixed

• New Gold and Iron Ingot recipes (from pressure plates) aren't grouped with the other recipes for the same item.
