[World Generator] Frozen Hell

Zombie/ghost villages are removed since they always spawned living spruce trees (against all the odds that I deleted everything that they could use to generate them)  and grass, rendering survival hardships useless

Fixed issue where salmon dropped cooked salmon instead of normal one

Added constant snowing

Removed seeds and saplings from villages chests and added them as loot to zombies and zombie villagers

Living trees don't generate anymore, I hope?
