[Unofficial]Fallout Gunpack Fix

>To install put the .zip file in your modpack's tacz folder, no need to unzip;   

>Right click your modpack profile, Open Folder to find tacz folder

-Added recipes for Fusion cell, 10mm and 2mm ec.

-Re-balanced all weapon stats and recipes. Every weapon seem to had placeholder stats, dealing 70 damage and were incredibly easy to craft, i adjusted the stats and recipes so now it should be more inline with other gun packs.

---Gaus and launchers buffed, harder to craft.
----Laser weapons nerfed, harder to craft.
----Pistol and AR nerfed, easier to craft.

----Laser and Gaus can ignite enemies and ground.

[If you have the original Fallout gunpack mod, uninstall it and delete fallout_default_pack folder from your tacz folder.]
