simply unzip the file and replace the regular ultra instinct config
if ya dont know where it is do not fret go into the config file for the instance you are adding it to go to jingames >dbc>forms and then replace the ultra instinct file there and yr all set!!

true ultra instinct is stronger than mui
true ultra instinct has a lower dodge rating compared to mui and perfected ultra instinct but much higher counter rates
perfected ultra instinct is the strongest form added (duh)
perfected ultra instinct has lowered counter rate compared to true ultra instinct but has the highest dodge rating
