Thaumcraft Easy Plate Removal

Removes the easy plate recipes from Thaumcraft, with just three ingots horizontally in the crafting table. With other mods installed, this can be an easy way to obtain early game iron plates.

For use with other mods which provide a way to craft plates. This does not add other recipes to craft plates in place of the recipes removed.
