TFC-Harvestcraft Addon(CT script)

feature：
-Add Fishing Rod recipe.
-Add Harvestcraft(HC)'s seeds drop(by digging the grass clay on the ground(1% by default)).
-Add nutritions for basically all kinds of crops in HC.

Be advised :
-Some of the crops like spice crops have no nutrition value.
-Every single script has its own loading order arranged by '#priority X' .Change it by your self if you need.
-Scripts only works while HC and TFC existed.
