[ "Operation Reanimation" update ]

--Major changes--

- The Sten and FG42 have been reanimated from scratch by chitab

- The FG42 now fires in open bolt when in full-auto mode and in closed bolt in semi-auto mode

- The Sten now has proper fire mode change animations and new melee and overheat animations

- Both weapons now change most of their sounds to classic RTCW sounds depending on fire mode

--Other changes--

- FG42's recipe is now more expensive

- FG42's fire rate has been reduced slightly
- Fixed z-fighting on some models

- Removed redundant P60 melee

- Sten model improvements

- Small bug fixes
