[TaCZ] NCR Ranger's Arsenal

An expansion of TaCZ that currently adds the Ranger Sequoia and the Hunting Revolver from Fallout New Vegas.

Planned: Anti-Matiriel Rifle, Service Rifle and possibly a Ranger Shotgun (maybe even a Combat Knife)
