Matilda | TACZ Add-on

If you've played Resident Evil 2 Remake, you probably recognize this handgun. The Matilda is Leon S. Kennedy's signature pistol, and now it's making its way into Minecraft through TACZ.

The weapon is inspired by the Matilda featured in Resident Evil 2 Remake, developed by CAPCOM, a Japanese video game company. Although it takes inspiration from a real-world handgun style, the Matilda itself is a fictionalized design created for the Resident Evil series.

I wanted to bring this iconic pistol into Minecraft without making it feel out of place. The model keeps that blocky Minecraft look while bringing in the details that make the original recognizable. It's a nice fit for zombie apocalypse modpacks, survival worlds, horror maps, or anyone who just wants to add some Resident Evil weapons to their arsenal.

Customizable firing modes

The Matilda isn't just about clicking and hoping for the best. You can customize its setup, including burst fire, giving you more control over how you want to use it in combat.

Satisfying animations and sounds

The animations and sound effects help make each shot feel impactful while keeping the overall Minecraft aesthetic. The goal is to make the gun feel responsive and satisfying without losing that blocky game vibe.
