[TaCZ] Classic BattleRoyale Gun

• Add multiple python scripts to unify gun data,
• Add 'Suppressor (Handgun, SMG)', 'Suppressor (DMR, SR)'
• Adjust serveral pistol's allow_attachment_types
• Adjust texture of 'Suppressor (AR, DMR, O12, S12K)'
• Reduce S1897 ammo data to 4 (will be 5 in game)
• Re-calculate several gun RPM with bolt time
• All previous sounds amplify 11 dB
• Replace gun shoot sounds
• Unify shoot, hit, dry, fire_select sounds
• Fix Kar98k, Mosin Nagant can't be loaded on dedicated server (caused by decimal RPM)

By manually running python script:

• Unify crawl_recoil_multiplier to 0.703
• Unify basic gun data
• Reset all gun's armor_ignore to 0
• Replace closed_bolt with open_bolt
