FN LICC IWS

FN美国公司于SHOT Show 2023展出的新式步枪，项目名称为IWS（“单兵武器系统”，Individual Weapon System），一同展出的还有它配用的新型弹，项目名称LICC（“轻型中口径弹”，Lightweight Intermediate Caliber Cartridge ），合称LICC IWS。

尽管LICC IWS看上去会与M7同台竞技，但FN美国的合作对象并非美国陆军，而是五角大楼下属的“非常规战争技术支持局”，服务对象为特种部队等力量，与M7并不在一条赛道上，所以也就不存在竞争。

在游戏里，LICC IWS 被设定为一把射速中等且威力出色的武器，同时具有一定的可控性，代价是牺牲弹匣扩容能力。25+1发的弹匣也让它的续航不及一般突击步枪。

与之配套的子弹为“通用步机枪弹”

At the SHOT Show 2023, FNA showcased a new rifle under the project name IWS ("Individual Weapon System"), along with its accompanying new ammunition, which is part of the LICC project (for "Lightweight Intermediate Caliber Cartridge"). Together, they are referred to as the LICC IWS.

Although it might seem that the LICC IWS would compete with the M7 on the same stage, FNA's partner for this project is not the U.S. Army but rather the Pentagon's "Irregular Warfare Support Directorate" aiming to serve units like special forces. Therefore, it does not directly compete with the M7, as they are intended for different operational contexts.

In the game, the LICC IWS is designed as a weapon with moderate rate of fire and excellent damage, coupled with a degree of controllability, at the expense of magazine capacity expansion. Its 25+1 round magazine also means it has less endurance compared to standard assault rifles.
