Tackle Box
Allows you to move full chests and barrels
Inspired by the dolly from the mod Jabba Barrels

Crafting:
Throw a fishing rod and 3 diamonds on top of an enchanting table

Usage - Moving a chest or barrel
Cast your Tackle Box bobber on top of a chest or barrel within 10 blocks of yourself. Cast again and your chest or barrel moves to the new bobber location. You can recast to a new location as many times as you want. The closest chest or barrel to the bobber is the one that moves.

Usage - Placing a chest or barrel
The closest chest or barrel within 5 blocks will be placed if there isn't air underneath it when you de-select your Tackle Box. If multiple chests or barrels are being moved, re-select then de-select your Tackle Box to place the chests or barrels. If a moving chest or barrel goes missing, re-cast when near its last position. It will re-appear. You can then place it.

Chest Rotation Option - On by default - rotates chest towards player when placing, barrels retain their original direction

run /trigger rp_tb_config to turn chest rotation On or Off when placing chests
