Survivalist Chopping Block Mod-Compatibility

This datapack only adds mod compatibility for the Chopping Block from Survivalist. It does not add any chopping blocks, or affect which axes are able to be used. It only adds wood types that can be converted from Logs to Planks using the chopping blocks already available in the mod.
