Stronger Captains - MPR Config for Mine Mine no Mi

!!!Discontinued after the Mine Mine no Mi 0.10.0 update (their boss and mob update)!!!

IMPORTANT: I forgot to say in the installation guide that you need to close and open Minecraft again in order to load up the configs I made.

What does this do?

Makes the captains from Mine Mine no Mi more of a challenge.

Mine Mine no Mi has always lacked strong opponents to fight for stronger players. This config file uses the mod "Mobs Properties Randomness" to change the properties of the captains, making them do more damage, walk and run faster, deal more knockback, and have more HP. There are 10 tiers for pirate captains and marine captains, with tier 1 being the weakest but most common, and tier 10 being the strongest but most rare.

There are also two bonus features:

- Each tier has a name to represent its rank. See the "Images" tab to get an idea of what that looks like.

- There are vanilla-like "fruit user" captains which have a colored name. They are automatically tier 10, but they have potion effects to simulate devil fruit powers. There are 13 different devil fruit users in total.

Will this be updated?
Yes. If you think a captain tier or devil fruit user is too strong or too weak, let me know in the comments and I will consider changing it to make it more balanced.

(Somewhat Important) Notes:

I highly suggest turning off Logia invulnerability in the Mine Mine no Mi config file because for some reason some captains can't hit you even when they use haki. It has nothing to do with my config, it's part of Mine Mine no Mi.

Zoans that provide defense and full-body haki literally make even the strongest captains deal like 1 to 2 damage it's insane. There's no way for me to balance this. We're not even taking into account the fact that the player can also wear Minecraft armor.

Keep in mind that the tier/rank just increases their stats randomly. So in general a tier 10 is stronger than a tier 8, but this isn't always the case, and a tier 8 might randomly be stronger. However, a tier 3 or 4 wouldn't even come close to a tier 10 no matter what.
