Added some more overall polish to the pack:

 

- Changed the Level 40 Authority achievement to properly display the Star Storm spell.
- Leaderboards now appear instantly upon reloading instead of after an hour.
- Leaderboards now display with a proper name and gold color instead of the raw variable name.
- Bee Smog now has an associated sound when you cast it.
- Hoes are also now considered Dexterity weapons.
- Updated pack info.
