Balancing some AFK options this time:
 - Fishing now gives more Naturecraft XP.
 - Folksmanship now stops increasing after long periods of AFK.
 - Wizardry now stops giving Experience after long periods of AFK.
 - Notch Apples now give twice as much Wizardry XP.
