Some changes to help with progression:
 - Mining and Landscaping now catch up with stats quickly if a ton of durability is used,
  such as with veinminer or treecapitator.
 - Each mob now gives slightly more Ranged XP.
 - Removed references to bonus health in all Level 90 and 100 Advancements, as this does not yet exist.
 - Added a message if a stat is Level 40+ that lets you know you're ~4,000 XP from a level up.
  The message says "Your (stat) Is Building!"
