Simpleores mob gear

I asked for Sinhika to add this feature to these mods but he said "allowing mobs to equip add-on gear leads to tears..." 

So I decided that handling this with a datapack would be far better than adding the feature to the mods themselves

weaker tools and armor like copper, tin, vanilla stone and wooden swords will be more common while powerfull ones like sinisite and vanilla netherite will be incredibly rare
