Additions:
Added milkshake to Homelander

Balancing:
Buffed Saitama's motivation bar, can now be filled by holding Mosquito ;)
Nerfed Hulk's Ground Smash cooldown to be much longer (Now the cooldown is 10 seconds if rage bar is empty, and 5 seconds if the rage bar is full)
Nerfed Hulk's regeneration when rage bar is not full

 

Changes/Fixes:
Fixed Homelander so it now requires Melee III node
Fixed Reverse-Flash/ Season 8 being broken after mod update
Fixed The Flash (Season 8)'s mask broken by newest mod version, so now it is a separate suit instead of an alt
Reduced lag caused by Moon Knight's cape as much as possible (Can still be laggy for some people because cape physics in general is laggy)
Removed night vision effect from Mining Armor's Mineral Grenade, since you can already toggle Night Vision when sneaking
