fixed a number of subtle issues with tracking "first time" .

fixed/worked around a minecraft bug where beds didn't move time in dimensions other than overworld ("elysium")

fixed/worked around a minecraft bug removing your xp bar untill you get 1 xp when moving from dimension to dimension

added new boss mob to the wastes (preventing descent till it is killed)

made end cities, buried treasure, shipwrecks all much less rare in hades.

added a twice a day wither "scrub" in hades and tartarus (cause they dont despawn like normal mobs and it get unmanageable  for players as time went on)

also cleared all old withers anytime descending to tartarus and hades.

moved the spawn spot for the wastes and hades up a bit to not be quite so potentially deadly upon entry.
