Piglin Barters sans Crying Obsidian

Removes crying obsidian from piglin barters (for 1.16.4).

Simple datapack that overwrites the vanilla piglin bartering loot tables with one that's identical to the 1.16.4 loot table but with crying obsidian removed. 

 

Intended for use with my Ghastly Wail mod for the Fabric Mod Loader.
