Paint's Flexible Recipes

Changes since v5.2:

* Fixed a bug where a stone hoe recipe would conflict with a lever recipe.
* Changes related to making items more accessible in nether-only runs:
     * Changed Lodestone recipe: Chiseled polished blackstone can now be used to substitue chiseled stone bricks.
     * Changed Stonecutter recipe: Now accepts polished blackstone as a subsitue for stone.
     * Changed Grindstone recipe: Now accepts polished blackstone as a subsitue for stone.
     * Blast Furnace will remain uncraftable in nether-only runs. :(
* Added recipes for spectral_arrow:
     * 1 flint + 1 stick + 1 feather + 4 glowstone = 8 spectral_arrow
     * 1 flint + 2 bamboo + 1 feather + 4 glowstone = 8 spectral_arrow
* Added recipes for painting:
     * 4 string + 1 #minecraft:logs = 1 painting
     * 4 string + 4 #minecraft:planks = 1 painting
* Added recipe hopper_minecart_from_logs:
     * 1 minecart + 2 #minecraft:logs + 5 iron = 1 hopper_minecart
* Added recipe magma_cream_from_blaze_rod:
     * 1 blaze_rod + 2 slime_ball = 2 magma_cream
* Added 2 recipe for magma, magma_from_blaze_powder & magma_from_blaze_rod:
     * 4 slime_ball + 4 blaze_powder = 1 magma
     * 4 slime_ball + 2 blaze_rod = 1 magma
* Added recipe for beehive:
     * 6 #minecraft:logs + 3 honeycomb_block = 4 beehive
* Added recipe for loom:
     * 4 string + #minecraft:logs = 2 loom
* Added recipe for cartography_table:
     * 4 #paint:paper_and_sugar_cane + #minecraft:logs = 2 cartography_table
* Added 2 recipes for nether_brick_fence:

* Changed a recipe for armor_stand:
     * Was 3 log + 2 stone = 4 armor_stand, now 3 log + 2 smooth_stone = 4 armor_stand
* Wooden axe, shovel and hoe can be made substituing the sticks for one plank.
* Polished blackstone button, polished blackstone pressure plate and chiseled polished blackstone now accept non-polished blackstone substitues.
* Colored wool can be made directly from string and dye.
* End stone can be used to craft end stone brick slabs, stairs and walls.
* Fixed there being two identical recipes for paper.
* pack_format is now 6.
