Paint's Flexible Recipes

Changes to Paint's Flexible Recipes from v5 to v5.1:

* These recipes are now shapeless, for the purpose of being able to do them in a 2x2 crafting space:
     * All shulker_box recipes
     * arrow_from_stick (the vanilla arrow recipe)
* Added recipe for arrow, called arrow_from_bamboo:
     * 1 flint + 2 bamboo + 1 feather = 4 arrow
* Added recipes for soul_torch:
     * 4 torch + 1 #minecraft:soul_fire_base_block = 4 soul_torch
     * 1 #minecraft:coals + 2 bamboo + 1 #minecraft:soul_fire_base_block = 4 soul_torch
     * 2 #minecraft:coals + 1 #minecraft:planks + 2 #minecraft:soul_fire_base_block = 8 soul_torch
* When cobblestone can be used in a recipe, blackstone is now an acceptable subsitute.
     * Exceptions: Smelting stone, crafting andesite/diorite, crafting cobblestone stairs/slabs/walls, crafting mossy_cobblestone.
* Added recipe for lever, called lever_from_bamboo:
     * 1 #minecraft:stone_tool_materials + 2 bamboo = 1 lever
* Removed tag #paint:coal because #minecraft:coals exists.

* Added pack icon.
