Paint's Dynamic Lighting

Changes since v1:

* Froglight blocks now function with this datapack, giving a light level of 15 in both air and underwater.

* Fixed shroomlights and lava buckets not working if they were in the wrong hand.

I have a better idea for how this could work, but a specific Minecraft bug would have to be fixed first. Vote for it on the tracker!
