Changes since v2.1:

 

* pack_format is now 15 so the datapack expects to be ran in 1.20.

* deleted superfluous code.

* It used to be that the system would get confused and not necessary fix durability in the extremely unlikely event that two players triggered the datapack within two ticks of each other, about 0.1 seconds. Now it's even more extremely unlikely because you have to be within 1m of each other, as well as using double-durability-penalty weapons (axes, shovels) within 2 ticks each other.
