Paint's Anti-Junk Loot Tables

Changes in v1.3:

* Now that piglin bartering was nerfed to not give players as much, those changes are reflected in these loot tables.

  * Less ender pearls, you will never find more than four in one chest.

  * Less obsidian, although if you roll it many times  from the same pool you can still get quite a lot.

  * Less crying obsidian, although if you roll it many times  from the same pool you can still get quite a lot.

* Replaced rotten_flesh from cat_morning_gift loot table with cod.
