This mod is mean to provide Server owners the ability to write their own Mob drops and drop rates not only for Vanilla but also Modded mobs.
MobDrops+ is a lightweight Forge mod for Minecraft 1.21.x that adds carefully tuned
extra drops to selected vanilla mobs. The goal is to make mob farming a bit more
rewarding without flooding players with overpowered loot.
Key points for modpacks:
Adds configurable loot via Json Config (with examples) allows for simple, efficient, config for both Vanilla and Modded mobs as well as loot!
Current limitation (v1.0.0): Looting enchantment scaling is not yet wired into the
extra-drop calculations (Looting is effectively treated as level 0).
Recommended usage:
- Bundle with other content/progression mods to slightly increase resource flow from
combat without trivializing resource gathering.
