Fix specification in mekanism in 1.21.1 that consumes copper instead of iron Script

In 1.21.1 mekanism consumes copper for some reason instead of iron for blown-in alloys.
We believe this is a destructive change, so we have developed a script to revert to the pre-1.20.1 recipe.
To use it, simply install kubejs and introduce this javascript file in the serverscript folder.
