-Changed the state check, which improves the overall performance of the data pack.

-Now for have relations you have to stay for around 10 seconds near the villager to make a child, this timer somehow prevents the action so that it is not carried out if it is not required and prevents the loss of levels without consent. You been warned... (the relations can progress even with babies!).
