Light's Custom LifeSteal

We All Know the LifeSteal SMP videos and Game Mode so i made it possible for Anyone to be able to play it and Not only that i added a menu that only the Admin/Creater of the Server is able to access that allows for custom LifeSteal Game Modes/Rules.
What's new
1.0.0 First Release 3 different Game Modes: Normal, EveryDeathCounts, Enchantmen Rule. 2 different heart stealing options between 1/2 heart or 1 heart per kill. Customization of Max Hearts Cap between 15 hearts and 20 full hearts. 1 Penalty option for Players who loose all their hearts: Spectator (more to come)
