If adding to an existing world, place in the datapacks folder in the world folder.
If adding to a new world, click Data Packs and then drag onto Minecraft.
You don't need to unzip it.
CHANGELOG:
-Fixed a bug with the new additional options: If you had "Require Base Item" on, "Diamond Hoes -> Iron Hoes" on, and "Enchanted Hoes" off, the trade for an unenchanted Iron Hoe would require another unenchanted Iron Hoe as an additional cost for no reason.
-If this happened to you, here's a command that will fix it:
/execute as @e[type=villager] run data modify entity @s Offers{}.Recipes[{sell:{id:"minecraft:iron_hoe"}}].buyB{id:"minecraft:iron_hoe"} set value {id:"minecraft:air",Count:1b}
-Fixed an oversight where enchanted iron armor trades were a little cheaper than they should be.
-Added additional support for modifying the datapack: If you change the replacement enchanted iron tool loot tables, that change will also apply to the vanilla enchanted iron tool trades.
