changelog v1.1.1

pack_format was updated to 7 in 1.17. every datapack's pack_format was updated to 7, and so every version went up by 0.0.1.

changes in 1.17 required the following updates:
-splash drowned:
   -a command syntax change: /replaceitem -> /item replace
   -cauldrons were separated into different types, so "unless cauldron[level=0]" turned into "if water_cauldron"

new datapacks
-overworld ruined portals
   -ruined portals generate with overworld blocks around them, as though the overworld is "leaking" into the nether
   -gives access to grass blocks
   -gives earlier access to oak/birch trees and some flowers (previously only available from wandering traders)
   -this makes it possible to start farming with bees way earlier

removed datapacks
-empty overworld
   -was pretty much redundant with get out of the overworld anyway
   -custom world settings ask you an annoying "are you sure" every time you load the world
   -potentially may use the overworld for something in the future, so this is futureproofing. sorry 1.0.0 lads

updated datapacks
-nether weakness potions no longer changes ruined portal chests to have honey bottles, since those can be made yourself by growing saplings near flowers
-added an advancement related to finding overworld blocks at ruined portals
-more zombie reinforcements had twice the intended rate of reinforcements. oops!
