Flash can use other abilities once he's at speed 4, Like wall running, Running over water and access to more abilities. Flash can enter the speed force once he's running at speed 8. When lightning mode is activated you have access to new abitlies. Infinite mass punch can be used when running at speed 8 and when shifting you can sprint forward. Whirlwind abiltiy gets stronger when lightning mode is activated as well.
