HC Lives Extra Life

Adds a method of regaining lives in my other datapack Hardcore Lives
This data pack adds an item called extra life which can be used to gain more lives in my other datapack: Hardcore Lives.
This item is crafted with a Golden Apple surrounded by Netherite Ingots. Due to how it works you need to have one slot clear in your inventory in order to use it.
