[FancyHud] Halo Hud

This hud is something I just made for fun. It has shields for health and armor. If you get more than 20 armor points, it will show an overshield. I have included a config for Xaero's Minimap so you can get a "motion tracker."

I made this in celebration for Halo Infinite's release.
