Changed:

Added a new testing rifle identical to the Vandal, called "Vandal Neo". It has a custom upward spray patterns and random sway, as well as some inaccuracy calculation fixes. This is for testing the new spray pattern of guns before being implemented.

            Spraying without ADS now cause shots to sway upwards away from the crosshair, and sway side to side randomly.

            Fixed: movement error is now always applied, even when ADS or sneaking. (Gone are the days people run and gun with ADS)

        NOTE: REQUIRES THE MOD "TACZ FIXLORANT" FOR THE CUSTOM SPRAY PATTERN TO FUNCTION
