An update to 1.16 and updates to follow new and changed datapack conventions.

 

- Updated raycasting to match entity hitboxes better
- Changed title colour now that minecraft supports hex colours
- Change advancement background from black concrete powder to gray concrete to match the updated convention
- Prevent showing health for entites with the global.ignore tag to follow the ignore convention
