Just like the mod, this adds ambient biome sounds to your world. Also includes waterfall, cave, and footstep sound effects as well.
If your world is having TPS issues due to Minecraft being, well, Minecraft, then ambiance sounds might stop working from time to time. Northing you or I can do about it.
