Dreampack v2

This resource pack is not finished yet, but here is a list of the current features:

- Changes shovels to spoons

- Changes the music disks "mall" to one of the songs dream frequently uses in his videos, and adds another song from his videos as the background music

- Thanks to InfiniteFalcon, There is a new background music track of Dream singing wet hands

- The death screen now says "That's what You Get For Falling Into My Trap"

- Ghasts now make george yelling and moaning sounds instead of vanilla ghast sounds

- Bread is called cooked wheat
