Datapack for disabling Pixelmon quests for anyone who needs it.
It makes all the quests show as blank with no objectives, so none of them can be completed. This seems to be the only way possible.
If you want to enable some quests while keeping the rest disabled, you can individually delete the quest file from this datapack before adding it to your server.
