This data pack disables griefing done by hostile mobs (excluding bosses)

Changes
- Added grief prevention for the Ender Dragon; it can no longer destroy any blocks.
- Added partial grief prevention for the Wither; it can't break break blocks when it moves, but its initial explosion and wither skull projectiles still do break blocks.
