+ Added support for trackers entering dimensions before tracked entities in interdimensional tracking. If no tracked entities have entered the tracker's dimension, the compass will now revert to the unidimensional mechanics
* Redesigned the interdimensional tracking mechanics, and fixed compatibility with Minecraft 1.16.5
* Fixed tracked entities' dimension coordinates being reset on relog
