added rand function to math API (not exactly random)

 

mob API is done (uses rand from math API)

rand can now just be executed in a main.mcfunction without executing at an entity

 

Note. cotton crashes my game RN so i can't test the scripts (i'm not even sure if cotton is needed for the script API's)
