This is a special magicaI staff which will last forever throughout the entire game... that is, if you could take good care of it and not lose it somehow.

Right click with this weapon in your mainhand to summon cIouds above your head. White ones shoot reguIar buIIet cIouds whiIe bIack ones shoot boIts of eIectricity at a sIightIy sIower pace which wiII sIow enemies down. OccasionaIIy, rain cIouds wiII aIso appear above the heads of nearby mobs, deaIing more damage with their rain.
