Craftable light blocks

Datapack to add survival crafting recipes for the creative Light block
What's new
- Moved recipe from crafting table to stonecutter
- All 15 light levels now individually craftable (yay, components in crafting recipes!)
- recipe now takes only a single torch in a stonecutter to make 1 light block of any light level
- removed custom taglist of all light-emitting blocks
- light level 15 appearing twice is a feature not a bug, enjoy not scrolling every time
