New Features:

Wither skeletons have a bow 25% of the time

If archer wither skeletons drop their bow when they die, it is enchanted with flame

Skeletons have stone swords 10% of the time

Both wither skeletons and regular skeletons only drop arrows if they are an archer

Sheep have a 0.164% chance to be changed to any of the 10 colours that cannot spawn naturally

Mooshrooms will now drop 1-3 mushrooms when they die

If the mooshroom is brown, it will drop brown mushrooms instead

Fixes:

Improved efficiency of armour stand crouch detection system using predicates

The prismarine recipe now only crafts a single prismarine

Re-added 8 sticks crafting recipe for parity with the stonecutter recipe

Re-added the stripped logs from logs recipe to the sawmill module of the stonecutter
