Alternative Ore Processing

-refactored the code

-disabled some stuff of QuantumTraverse code , cause i have no clue how to calculate the stuff to make random chance disappear

-requires the beta from qmd 1.3 beta2 or higher for the mass spectrometer

-added new step that uses the mass spectrometer , for best output use the crystals in the ore leacher first before the mass spectrometer

-beware that the mass spectrometer crashes when doing any recipe with liquids as output
